The course is structured as follows:
Introduction
Background knowledge on the basic Ayurvedic principles regarding the web of energy channels / points in our bodies and the relevant techniques to achieve best results
Information about the influence of the energy points (marmas) on the physiological processes in the body
Basic instructions on how to perform the marma therapy
Marma formulas
You will master the following 5 Ayurvedic formulas for the marmas and yoga poses (asanas):
- marma formula to improve immunity
- marma formula to achieve homeostasis / balance
- marma formula to boost energy (bio doping)
- marma formula for painkilling
- marma formula for relaxation / sedation
Each of the 5 marma formula chapters includes three sections:
– description of the formula and the beneficial effects
– detailed presentation of the marma locations (on an anatomical model & on a human body) as well as the asanas
– presentation of the marma therapy in practice (acupressure & asanas)
We will do the marma therapy in practice together and it will be enriched by the sounds of a crystal bowl.
These formulas can be applied by anyone to anyone. They will support you whenever needed and you’ll receive the necessary instructions to apply them anytime.
