Since a very young age, I have been extremely passionate about magic. I used to learn magic tricks on YouTube and show them to my friends. However, I never thought that I could pursue magic as a profession because in my country, Nepal, there were no magicians, magic shops, or anyone to teach this skill. I got into magic after watching a guy perform a magic trick on YouTube, and it blew my mind. I have been interested in magic ever since. I spent years learning magic on YouTube until high school.

Requirements

But passion is something you have to start earning. I never saw magic as a viable option because no one in Nepal had pursued it before. So, I obtained a bachelor’s degree and started my career as a content creator for a company. However, I didn’t really enjoy it. I felt underpaid, had to work extra hours, and had very little time for anything else. I felt trapped. That’s when I decided to quit my job and make a living out of doing magic.
The problem was that I didn’t have a clear guide to follow. I had to figure things out and made a lot of mistakes along the way. I combined the old way of finding gigs with the power of modern technology to create a method that has almost guaranteed me a gig every time.
