Join me for a delicious Persian class with recipes from my grandma’s kitchen – this class is in her honour!

 

You will learn special dishes like my grandma’s roasted eggplants, topped with cashew cream, caramelized spiced onions, pomegranate & mint.. every bite is a celebration in your mouth!

 

We will make simple, delicious recipes that don’t need any special equipment.

 

Enjoy an intimate experience at your own home, as we meet new ingredients and flavours, learn helpful kitchen tips, and prepare mouthwatering recipes from scratch, in a wonderful hands-on experience!

 

This class includes 7 dishes – appetizers, main, sides, and a drink too – each dish has its own step by step video, written recipe, ingredient and equipment list!

 

Persian food is actually very vegan friendly – I became vegetarian at a young age, and at family dinners there were always so many dishes I could eat without needing to modify them.

 

Some of the dishes in this class were not originally vegan, but were easy to make so, and some were vegan to begin with.

 

So join me and learn how to make your own delicious vegan Persian food!
