Reiki is a holistic healing technique that originated in Japan. It involves the transfer of universal life force energy (often referred to as “ki” or “chi”) through the practitioner’s hands to the recipient. The purpose is to balance and harmonize the energy centers within the body, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
2. The Sun’s Symbolism:
The sun holds great symbolic significance in many cultures and spiritual beliefs. It is often associated with qualities like vitality, life force, light, warmth, growth, transformation, and renewal. These attributes are integrated into Sun Magic Reiki to enhance the healing process and imbue the practitioner and recipient with these empowering qualities.
3. Sun Magic Reiki Principles: Sun Magic Reiki practitioners believe that harnessing energy and symbolism of the sun can amplify the healing effects of traditional Reiki. The sun is seen as a powerful source of energy that can be channeled during a
Reiki session to invigorate the body, mind, and spirit.
The energy of the Sun is warm, bright, powerful, and protective. This course will gently attune you to the energy of the Sun. You’ll learn the symbolic, energetic, and astrological associations of Sun energy, and how you can use the Sun’s energy at different times of day from sunrise to sunset in your energy work.
You can also use this Sun energy for:
cleansing and clearing
blessing and charging
energizing your intentions
finding motivation and clarity
taking action toward manifestation

You don’t have to be a Reiki practitioner to take this course–but for those of you who already are, I’ll also show you ways to incorporate Sun Magic into your existing Reiki practice, and there will be an additional Sun Magic Reiki certification for existing Reiki practitioners. (This is not a Usui Reiki Certification course.) Sun Magic is for everyone–from beginners trying out energy work for the first time to advanced practitioners of all modalities looking to add new certifications, credentials, and experience to their existing practice.
This course is a complete modality in its own right and can be taken by itself.
