Some individuals with severe insomnia seek my assistance, while others with milder symptoms let the problem escalate by not seeking help. I read several books on the subject and diligently applied the techniques, but they only worked for a few days. However, as I learned and practiced new scientific discoveries, I gradually overturned old beliefs and realized why previous knowledge and techniques had been ineffective.

Sleep experts emphasize that most people do not require medication to improve their sleep. However, urban dwellers have developed a reliance on medication due to a lack of knowledge.

Part 2 primarily focuses on understanding the causes of insomnia and ways to overcome it. Content  includes:


  • Why do we experience insomnia?
  • What causes us to wake up in the middle of the night?
  • Does consuming coffee or milk tea truly affect sleep?
  • Can alcohol aid in sleep?
  • The pros and cons of sleeping pills.
