Journaling can be about so much more than simply putting your thoughts into words. It brings opportunities for slowing down, becoming present, discovering wisdom within, opening to new possibilities, engaging with emotions, encouraging flow, and finding release.

Years of my own explorations (as evidenced by stacks of old journals!), and the many benefits I have received, have motivated me to create this course. It is my sincere hope that you are able to experience this for yourself.

I, for one, used to really struggle with ‘change’. Somewhere along the way, I began breaking undesirable patterns and building new, more meaningful habits in their place. Journaling is one of the best ‘new habits’ you could ever have! It does take time and consistency however, which can feel overwhelming.
That is why this course only asks you to commit for one week. If you can show up each and every day, for just one week, you might just discover something you really enjoy; something that sparks change in the weeks and years to come.
