I am delighted that you’ve decided to take my course. My heart is filled with gratitude and hope.  Millions of people across the globe suffer from depression, anxiety, and other stress related problems. My course is designed to help individuals and groups to allow the creator and its unconditional love to flow through them. Allowing the creator inside your mind, body, and soul will heal all areas of your life. Furthermore, the most important aspect of my mindfulness base course is letting go of expectations and control. As humans we seek to control the outcomes of our daily lives because of the logical part of our brain. Moreover, feeling a sense of comfort. In this course I humbly ask that you allow the creator to flow through your crown chakra to open your intuition. Your intuition is a direct portal to the divine creator in which will aid in a powerful mindfulness experience.

Throughout the I will give students prompts, tips, and other valuable information to help aide in their mindfulness transformation.  It’s essential that students follow along and participate in each lecture, mindfulness practice is hands-on yet simple in nature. Moreover, you will get the best experience if you follow the prompts and exercises. Effective words of affirmations will also aid in your experiences. Whenever students hear affirmations , it’s essential to write them down and practice them  whenever they are practicing mindfulness. The creator will hear your affirmation as a prayer and heal you directly. Examples of positive affirmations are ” I am divinely guided”  “I allow the creator inside of my heart”  “I allow the creator inside of my mind, body, and soul”. These are a few ideas and examples students are welcome to use during or after the exercise’s.

The course will also discuss how crystals can aid in mindfulness based practices. Participants are welcome to use any crystal of their choice. I kindly suggest that participants use Bloodstone, Hematite, and Jade. These are great examples of grounding crystals. However, if participants have  their stone of choice they are able to utilize them.  I hope that each participant learn valuable information that will change their lives.
